This site is run by Foozle Press, an imprint of GSMPLUSSERVICES Limited (the "we" / "us" below), a company registered in the United Kingdom. We take your privacy seriously and keep things simple. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
We do not sell books on this website — our books are sold through Amazon. The only personal information we collect here is the name and email address you choose to give us if you join our mailing list or sign up as a beta reader. We use it to email you. That is all.

We do not ask for, or store, payment details, addresses, or phone numbers.
We process this information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form. We use it only to send you the things you signed up for: book news, early-reader invitations, and the occasional note from Sandy Par. We will not use it for anything else, and we will never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Our mailing list and sign-up forms are operated by AWeber, an email marketing service provider. When you subscribe, your details are stored securely on AWeber's systems so we can send you emails. AWeber acts as our data processor; you can read their privacy practices on their website.
This website itself does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Where we embed a sign-up form, the form provider (AWeber) may set functional cookies needed to operate the form. These are not used to profile or advertise to you.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send. The moment you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you.
